While Sharon Chan filming Can't Buy Me Love she accidentally sprained her neck. It was all because she was wearing a heavy head gear. She come to the doctor and have a X-ray the doctor said that she have some bones that is shifted. Sharon is really hurt that she can hardly move her head. And the doctor said that she need to have physiotherapy for a month. Though her neck is injured but she still doing a jewel show. At the end the reporter ask her about her neck and she said that the neck is in pain is coming to th nerves causing me a bad pain, but the filming is nearly finish and the company is telling me not to risk and i will find time to rest.
